Every session with Javonna is intentional and effective. She coaches from a place of abundance, with an authentic shared experience as a woman of color and offers indigenous tools that are applicable to the person I aspire to be in my personal life as well as in my field of work.
Javonna doesn't hold back resources, is honest and continues to fill my toolbox with intuitive solutions that are fitting for where I presently am within my own growth journey. Each discussion, every tool, every moment of shared space has grown my self awareness and affirmed my gifts.
